He completed his M.B.B.S. from Grant Government Medical College and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai, followed by M.S. in ENT from prestigious Seth G.S. Medical College and K.E.M. Hospital, Mumbai — both among India’s premier medical institutions. He is also a D.N.B. (ENT) from NBEMS, New Delhi and holds the prestigious MNAMS qualification.
Dr. Katkar secured First Rank in Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) Postgraduate Examination and was honored with the Dr. R.C. Deka Gold Medal Award for his academic excellence.
He has undergone observership in Head and Neck Oncology at Tata Memorial Hospital. He is an expert in allergy and vertigo.
